Share KYC packages even faster with the address book

The new KYC Responder address book allows you to send KYC packages based on your previously used package recipients.

You can use it to auto-fill your recipients when sharing KYC packages.

Why did we update this?

1. Saves time (especially for larger packages)
2. Reduces typos and human-errors
3. Groups email addresses based on use cases, which reduces mental stress and streamlines processes
4. Shows you which email addresses you have last used for internal control and reporting

Automatically answer Word documents and PDFs - even if they lack edit-fields

Within the KYC Responder, we're expanding the automatic questionnaire digitization and answering capabilities to include Word documents and PDFs that don’t have edit fields by default.

Word documents will be automatically converted to PDFs. This will allow us to process more than 99% of questionnaire formats you receive from your banks and other third parties.

Screen smarter with multiple search profiles

In the KYC Collector, configure multiple search profiles directly in the platform.

Each profile lets you choose which data sources to screen against and fine-tune match sensitivity to your needs.

This means that you can use your profiles so that high-risk segments get thorough coverage while lower-risk ones stay lean.

The result is fewer false positives, less manual review, and a smarter compliance workflow tailored to your business.

More filtering, more searching, more sorting

Throughout the platform in both the KYC Collector and KYC Responder, we’ve expanded filtering, searching and sorting across the board, so the information you need is always a few clicks away. Filter your Company list by Group connection (including your custom attributes), such as External/Internal companies. Sort your documents by issue date, and your officer roles by start and end dates.

• View Only permissions for documents and questionnaires, including more granularity for permissions of a request.
• Document archive and archiving of documents that are part of a request.
• Adding a new contact person from a request directly.
• Contact information is optional when creating a new Counterparty in the system.

KYC Responder

• Mistakenly added a questionnaire? No longer need one? Simply remove it from the Case.
• No longer mandatory to add date and title when requesting Docusign signatures.
• Search Officer list by Officer’s reference_ID.
• Officers and Company requests now live under their appropriate home: the KYC Responder.
• Showing creation date and who created a task in a Case, including a brand new task progress bar.
